For EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail), the USPS minimum is 200 pieces per carrier route. For targeted list mailings, we recommend a minimum of 500 pieces to make the campaign cost-effective, though we can process smaller quantities. For printing-only orders, there is no minimum — we can print as few as 25 pieces.
A typical direct mail campaign from artwork approval to USPS entry takes 5–10 business days. Rush turnaround (3–5 business days) is available for an additional fee. If you need design work, add 2–5 business days. We recommend contacting us at least 2–3 weeks before your target in-home date to allow time for list selection, design review, printing, and mailing.
