Reach every household on your target carrier routes — no mailing list required. USPS EDDM Retail postage is $0.260 per piece (Notice 123, July 2026). Mail Movers handles route selection, printing, bundling, and USPS entry from our Salisbury, MD facility.
EDDM is a USPS program that allows businesses to send promotional mailings to every address on a specific mail carrier route without purchasing a mailing list. Instead of addressing each piece to a named recipient, you send it to "Postal Customer" at every active delivery point on your chosen routes.
This eliminates the cost and complexity of list acquisition, dramatically simplifies the mailing process, and makes EDDM one of the most affordable ways for local businesses to achieve total geographic market saturation.
Mail Movers is a USPS Full-Service Certified provider based in Salisbury, MD. We manage every aspect of your EDDM campaign — from route selection and EDDM-compliant design to printing, bundling, and USPS entry — serving businesses across Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia.

Design tip: All EDDM pieces must include a "Postal Customer" address block and an EDDM indicia in the address area. Mail Movers provides templates for all standard sizes — just send us your artwork.
EDDM works best when your ideal customer lives or works within a defined geographic area and you want to reach as many of them as possible at the lowest cost.
Distribute menus, coupons, and grand opening announcements to every household within delivery radius. One of the highest-ROI uses of EDDM.
Example: 3 routes around a new Salisbury restaurant = ~1,200 households at ~$430 all-in.
Target specific subdivisions and neighborhoods where homeowners are most likely to need your services. Seasonal campaigns (spring/fall) work especially well.
Example: 5 routes in Easton subdivisions = ~2,000 households at ~$720 all-in.
Market new listings, just-sold announcements, and open houses to every home in a neighborhood. Build name recognition in your farm area.
Example: 2 routes around a new listing = ~800 households at ~$290 all-in.
Attract new local patients by reaching every household within your practice's service radius. New mover campaigns pair well with EDDM.
Example: 8 routes around a new Ocean City practice = ~3,200 households at ~$1,150 all-in.
Announce sales, seasonal events, and grand openings to your entire local trade area. EDDM's large flat format stands out in the mailbox.
Example: 10 routes in Cambridge = ~4,000 households at ~$1,440 all-in.
Reach every voter in a precinct or every household in a fundraising area. EDDM is often the most cost-effective saturation tool for local campaigns.
Example: 15 routes in a Salisbury precinct = ~6,000 households at ~$2,160 all-in.
