- DS-40i: Entry-level inserter for small offices. Up to 1,500 envelopes per hour, 3 feeder stations. Ideal for businesses processing 100–500 pieces per day.
- DS-64i: Mid-volume inserter. Up to 3,500 envelopes per hour, 4 feeder stations. Handles mixed-size documents and multiple inserts.
- DS-77iq: High-volume inserter with intelligent reading. Up to 4,500 envelopes per hour, 6 feeder stations. OMR/barcode reading for matched inserting.
- DS-85i: Production inserter. Up to 5,000 envelopes per hour, 8 feeder stations. Full integrity scanning and reporting.
- DS-700iq: Enterprise production inserter. Up to 7,500 envelopes per hour. Maximum automation with CIS scanning and full audit trail.
