File Preparation Guidelines
Artwork Files
- •PDF format preferred (high-resolution, press-ready)
- •Include 0.125" bleed on all sides
- •Convert all text to outlines or embed fonts
- •Use CMYK color mode (not RGB)
- •Minimum 300 DPI resolution for images
Mailing Lists
- •CSV or Excel format preferred
- •Include column headers in first row
- •Separate fields for address components
- •Use standard state abbreviations
- •Include ZIP codes (5-digit or ZIP+4)
